A PROUD HISTORY
Originally founded in 2015 with our roots in Asset Management, we expanded to meet the needs of our already existing clients that had experienced a higher standard of Client Experience from ourselves than any they had ever received elsewhere.
Growing organically and only through client recommendation, we were able to meet the demand of a nationwide client base who sought an above industry average level of performance and commitment to their projects and aspirations.
After realising we were in position to transfer our consistent customer values into other integral sectors relating to Property and Finance, we consolidated all our individual departments to serve under one umbrella and The Harrington Group was born with the sole purpose of leading a new generation in the Property Industry with an unseen and innovative level of Client Experience.
We will always reinvest heavily and purposefully into ourselves to ensure we continue to break barriers in Customer Focus and performance. The everlasting ambition to achieve Client Experience perfection remains a core value for The Harrington Group and it ensures that we continually strive to improve and deliver.

The Harrington Group is the overarching parent organisation consisting of Harrington Development Services, Harrington Financial Services, Harrington Investment Services & Harrington Asset Management where all our services are symbiotic .
We offer a range of Property Development Services ranging from Domestic to Commercial enhancements including but not limited to : New Build Schemes, rear and side extensions, loft and basement conversions, landscaping, structural reconfiguration, full refurbishment and Commercial conversions.
Our Financial Services focus on the Financing of property purchases ranging from First Time Homebuyer mortgages, Second Home purchases, Buy-To-Let investment, Bridging/Auction Finance, Development Finance and Business/Asset Finance.
Harrington Investment Services is our Opportunity Sourcing arm where we present bespoke property and financial investment options to our clients. We offer consultation to determine your investment appetite and preferences before finding, assessing and presenting you with tailored opportunities that will generate the desired returns.
Our Asset Management Service offers residential landlords a hands-off , guaranteed rental structure with zero commission for us. Subject to suitability, the Client’s investment properties are managed and maintained on a long term basis enabling the Client to enjoy a stress free, straight-forward and comfortable Experience with us, whilst being able to forecast their financial future as they receive the expected returns on a monthly basis.
